Please note: As we operate within the events industry, flexibility is important. Successful candidates must be willing to support weekend events when required.
This is a varied, hands-on role combining warehouse operations, logistics and event support. You'll play an essential part in preparing, maintaining and delivering equipment, furniture and event materials, while supporting on-site installations and breakdowns to help deliver exceptional events.
One of the three available positions includes responsibility for deliveries and collections and therefore requires a full clean driving licence.
Key Responsibilities

Prepare equipment, furniture and event materials for upcoming events.

Pick, pack and organise stock for transport.

Safely load and unload vehicles.

Event deliveries and collections across Ireland

Assist with event installations, set-ups and breakdowns.

Maintain warehouse organisation, stock control and inventory accuracy.

Clean, check and store equipment following events.

Work closely with the Events and Operations teams to ensure seamless event delivery.

Maintain high standards of health, safety and housekeeping.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who is reliable, proactive and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You'll have:

Full clean driving licence

Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.

Strong communication skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Flexibility to work weekends and additional hours during busy event periods.

Previous experience in warehouse, logistics, events, hospitality or operations is desirable but not essential.

Be fully eligibility to work in Ireland.

Fluent English.
