We are looking for an enthusiastic, driven, and detail-oriented Event Manager to join the Gotcha Covered team. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for events, a strong eye for design, and the ability to manage multiple projects from concept through to delivery.

You’ll be working across a diverse range of events including corporate events, weddings, and private functions, ensuring every event is executed to the highest standard.
About the Role
​KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
​

Plan, manage, and deliver events from initial briefing to on-the-day execution

Liaise with clients to understand their vision and translate it into creative, well-organised events

Coordinate suppliers, venues, and logistics

Manage event timelines, budgets, and schedules

Oversee event setup, styling, and breakdown
-
Ensure all details are checked and delivered flawlessly

Be the main point of contact on event days, handling issues calmly and professionally

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

Minimum 2 years’ experience in event management or a similar role

Highly organised with excellent attention to detail

Strong eye for design and event styling

Confident communicator with strong client-facing skills

Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and driven

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple events

Flexible to work evenings and weekends as required
