About the Role

Dublin-based (warehouse + on-site)

Operations Supervisor
Please note: As we operate within the events industry, flexibility is important. Successful candidates must be willing to support weekend events when required.
We’re looking for organised, detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Operations Crew this season. This role is predominantly warehouse-based and behind the scenes, focused on sourcing, organising, and packaging our Christmas decorations to get everything site-ready. You’ll also get the chance to go on-site to help with setup, and later with de-rig, sorting and repacking decorations into a clean, well-organised system once the season wraps.

Strong organisational skills with an eye for detail.

Ability to take initiative and work independently.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Individuals who are eager to learn. Experience in an operations role is not necessary.

Flexibility to travel to site for set up and de-rig when required.
